Powdered Food Preparation for Protein Ice Cream with a High Protein Content (30%) and Low Sugar Content (200 g.)
With the Ice Cream Zero food preparation you get 450 g. of protein ice cream equivalent to 5 portions.
HOW TO USE
Heat 250ml. of milk or water bringing the temperature to about 50°C (even in the microwave).
Add 20g. of the Ice Cream Zero mix and whip an electric whisk or blender for 4 minutes. Pour the mixture obtained into one or more containers and freeze for at least 5 hours before consumingbe enjoyed plain or with various spreadable products to enhance its flavor and properties.

Sweeteners (Maltitol, Erythritol, Isomalt), WHEY Protein Concentrates, Thickeners (Polydextrose, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Locust Bean Gum), EGG White, Skimmed Cocoa Powder 3%, Hydrolysed Rice Protein, Flavourings, Dark Chocolate Chips 3% (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: SOY Lecithin, Flavouring), Salt, Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin.
