Testo Romagnolo for Piadina
Tradition has it that the Piadina Romagnola is cooked using the appropriate Testo Romagnolo, a flat pan with double rim, patented and difficult to find outside of Romagna.
It is used on standard stoves like a normal pan, but the materials used, together with its shape, ensure that the piadina in cooking releases the maximum of its fragrance.
The Testo Romagnolo is the ideal tool for cooking wraps and is also perfect for cooking vegetables, meat, crepes and much more!
