The Liguori Pasta Factory is among the oldest in Italy, its origins date back to 1795, since then they have used only the best durum wheat from southern Italy and the clean water from Monti Lattari Regional Park, where the Acqua Della Forma flows. It's valued chemical/physical characteristics give Pasta Liguori a unique flavour.
To prepare the whole wheat pasta, the entire grain of wheat is used including the bran (the outer coating is rich in fibre) which comes from organic cultivation on pesticide-free land.
