Stone Ground White Sorghum Flour
Sorghum is a food that stands out for its high digestibility and delicate flavour, whcih is similar to corn. It makes a great food choice for anyone with coeliac disease, in that it contains no gluten at all. The stoneground flour obtained is ideal for making bread, pizza, biscuits and oven products in general.
We recommend mixing sorghum flour with other flours, starches or flakes, to help improve the consistency of the end result.
